I interviewed Mr. Helizal from the sending organization about the national character of Indonesians.

Regarding the national character of Indonesians, Mr. Helizar mentions that "there are many bright and kind people." Due to religious teachings, it seems that many people treat their elders with kindness. He also shared that "Islamic prayers can be performed in a way that does not interfere with work." Although there are usually five prayers a day, it is possible to consolidate them into three: morning, noon, and evening. Foreign technical intern trainees working in Japan are making such adjustments to value both their own culture and religion as well as their work in Japan.
